1. Can I return the goods?

Yes, if you want to return the product or the entire purchase, you can do it within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment with the order, you can return the product purchased in the online store without giving a reason. However, such goods cannot bear traces of use, cannot be destroyed or damaged, and must be in the original packaging with all its contents.

Products made to individual order, tailor-made or purchased by the meter are not subject to exchange or return. Due to hygiene rules, tights, socks, hairbands or other hair accessories, e.g. hair bands, cannot be returned or exchanged. Products that were reserved in the online store, collected and paid for in person at a stationary stand, as well as products made and modified at the Buyer's special request are not subject to return (pursuant to Art. 38 point 3, the reason is the impossibility of further resale of the goods due to their individual characteristics ).

 

2. How to return goods?

3. Where can I find the return form?

You can find the return form here . It must be completed and attached to the shipment.

4. How will I receive a refund of the transferred amount?

Once your refund is approved, you will receive your refund via traditional transfer.

For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery option, you must visit our stationary counter to receive your cashback.

 

5. When will I receive my refund?

Once your refund has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating that the amount will be deposited in the coming days.

 

6. What can I do if my refund amount is incorrect?

Please contact customer service and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

7. Will my discount code be active if I return the goods?

If a discount code is included in the promotion, it is valid until its end. Voucher discount codes are single-use and expire automatically after use, even if you want to purchase again, e.g. in a different size or color.

8. Can goods purchased in an online store be returned at a stationary stand?

Goods purchased in the e-astraja.com online store cannot be returned at the stationary stand.
