DELIVERY

The costumes, clothing and accessories offered in the store are produced on an ongoing basis. Therefore, the order processing time is up to 14 business days (products from the basic offer) and up to 30 business days (individual orders).

If all the products you ordered are in stock, your order should be delivered within 2-4 business days from receiving order confirmation to your e-mail address. The delivery cost is added to each order and depends on the selected method.

All options available for a given address are displayed at the stage of finalizing the order.

Orders placed on the store's website can only be delivered to persons over 18 years of age.

DPD COURIER

Delivery cost is:
- Standard home – PLN 22

- You will receive information about the order status and the possibility of redirecting the shipment in an e-mail from DPD

INPOST COURIER

Delivery cost is:
- Standard home – PLN 18

- You will receive information about the order status and the possibility of redirecting the shipment in an e-mail from INPOST

INPOST PARCEL LOCKER

Standard delivery to an InPost parcel locker costs PLN 14


An oversized parcel will be delivered to your home address and may be transferred to another courier company.

COLLECTION IN PERSON

Option available only after prior arrangement of a pickup date

Personal pickup - free option for everyone!

The service may be temporarily unavailable.

We offer collection of orders at the company's headquarters and at stationary stands in Poland. Please contact us to arrange a pickup date and then select the personal pickup option when finalizing your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your parcel is ready for collection. Remember to take your order number with you, which will be provided in email confirmations, without it the parcel will not be delivered.

ADD TO YOUR ORDER

Option for people who add products to their order.

Adding to your order costs PLN 2.

In this option, the order processing time starts anew.
